Heinrich N. Clausen Naturmühle is producing various kinds of organic flour and wholemeal products. We are grinding exclusively organic flour in our mill. Our main products are made from organic wheat, rye and spelt.

Other organic cereal products are available, too. Our products are fulfilling the European Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91. We are offering products which are fulfilling the USDA/NOP-Finale Rule. Other certifications are possible.
